From the first concept to the final handover.

Rising Aspires Infra Construction (RAIC) is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company and an engineering and management consultancy firm providing infrastructure consultancy solutions from pre-conceptualization through implementation.

Registered as a partnership firm under Section 58 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, RAIC began its journey in December 2019 with a team of young, dynamic professionals who came together to break new ground and build something of their own.

The group also provides civil construction services to government and private bodies across water supply, gas pipelines, roads, highways and buildings through its coordinated entities, Rising Aspires Engineering Construction (RAEC) and Rapid Infrastructure Consultant (RIC).

Managing Director

Mr. Mishra leads RAIC's engagement with the Government of India and state public bodies, overseeing tendering, liaisoning, financial management, procurement and project execution. He also heads Rising Aspires Engineering Construction (RAEC), the group's civil construction arm.

Managing Director

Mr. Singh leads RAIC's private-sector relationships and partnerships with major private and government clients. He heads Rapid Infrastructure Consultant (RIC), the group's private-client consultancy arm, and is involved in field execution, coordination, budgeting and cost control.

2019

The Beginning

RAIC is founded in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Rapid Infrastructure Consultant (RIC) is also established under Mr. Vikrant Singh to develop private-client consultancy relationships.

2020

Building the Group

Rising Aspires Engineering Construction (RAEC) is established under Mr. Avinash Mishra, extending the group into civil construction and government-procured infrastructure work.

2020–2021

Setting the Standard

RAIC earns ISO 9001:2015 certification. The team develops government tendering and licensing capabilities while building private-sector relationships.

2021–2023

Expanding Across India

Project workstation wings extend across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam, Delhi, Chhattisgarh and Jammu & Kashmir.

2023–Present

A Pan-India Engineering Partner

With a registered office in Jaipur and head office in Bhopal, the group brings together government infrastructure delivery and private-sector partnerships under shared engineering standards.
